UTTARKHAND - Our 23rd New Circle

 In the General Body meeting held on 30-6-18, under the Presidentship of Com Ram Ji Dubey and in the presence of Com. J S Dahiya AGS CHQ , a New Circle of UTTARAKHAND has been formed as 23rd Circle Unit of our AIBSNLPWA.

Com Ram Ji Dubey, Gopal Dadar, Dhan Singh Gosain have been unanimously elected as Circle President, Circle Secretary and Circle Treasurer respectively.

ஏப்ரல் மாத மாதாந்திரக் கூட்ட நிகழ்வுகள் -13-04-2019

நமது AIBSNLPWA தூத்துக்குடி மாவட்டச் சங்கத்தின் ஏப்ரல் மாத மாதாந்திரக் கூட்டம், 13-04-2019 அன்று காலை 11:00 மணிக்கு சங்க அலுவலகத்தில் நடைபெற்றது. 

மாவட்டத் தலைவர் திரு.எல்.தாமஸ் அவர்கள் கூட்டத்திற்குத் தலைமையேற்றுத் தலைமையுரை தந்தார். அதன்பின், நூறாண்டுகள் கழிந்தபின்பும் இந்திய சுதந்தரப் போரின் அழியாத கொடிய நினைவுகளுள் ஒன்றாக இருந்துவரும் ‘ 13 ஏப்ரல் 1919 அன்று நடந்த ஜாலியன்வாலாபாக் படுகொலையில்’ உயிரிழந்த ஆயிரமாயிரம் தியாகிகளுக்கு அஞ்சலி செலுத்தப் பெற்றது.

கூட்டத்தில் கீழ்க்கண்டவை குறித்த விவாதங்கள் நடந்தேறின:

1. பிஎஸ்என்எல்லில் மருத்துவ பில்களுக்கான பணம் தற்போது வழங்கப்பட்டு வரும் விவரங்களையும், மருத்துவப்படி வழங்க ஏற்பாடுகள் நடைபெறும் நிலையினையும் மாவட்ட செயலர் எஸ்.சுப்பையா விரிவாக எடுத்துரைத்தார்.

2. வருகிற செப்டம்பர்-அக்டோபர் 2019ல் (புரட்டாசி மாதம்) தமிழ்மாநிலச் செயற்குழுக் கூட்டத்தினை, தூத்துக்குடி மாவட்டம் ஏற்று நடத்தத் தயாராகயிருப்பதாக 30-03-2019 அன்று நடந்த மாவட்ட செயற்குழுக் கூட்டத்தில் முடிவு எடுக்கப்பட்டது குறித்த விவாதத்தில் அனைவரும் சிறப்பாகப் பங்கேற்றனர். குறிப்பாக, அனைவரும் ரூ.500/- குறைந்தபட்ச நன்கொடை தந்து மாநிலச் செயற்குழு சிறப்பாக நடந்திட உதவ வேண்டும் என்ற முடிவை அனைவரும் ஆதரித்துப் பேசினர்.

3. வருகிற ஜூலை மாதத்தில் நடைபெறவுள்ள மாவட்ட ஆண்டுப் பொதுக்குழுக் கூட்டத்தையும் சிறப்பாக நடத்துவதென்பது குறித்த விவாதமும் நடந்தேறியது.

மாவட்டப் பொருளாளர் எஸ்.பால்சாமி நன்றியுரை கூற, கூட்டம் இனிதே நிறைவுபெற்றது.

கூட்டத்திற்கு 17 உறுப்பினர்கள் வருகை தந்து சிறப்பித்தனர்.

Medical Bill payments - Information from C S

Dear Comrades, 

Good afternoon. Based on the information gathered from Circle Office, there is a likely hood of Fund flow till June 2019 and thereby further  medical payments will also be made.  Hence, All District  Secretaries are requested to verify with Accounts section that bills submitted by our comrades are passed by competent authority and kept ready for payment . As and when Fund received, payment would  be effected.

Regarding Medical allowance , Order available only for 1st and 2nd quarter of 2018-19 . Payment for these quarters are being made now only. If further fund received, Medical allowance payment has to be made for the remaining 2 quarters also. Even for that sanction has to be kept ready for payment at SSA level.
This information is applicable for STR and STP also.

DPE ISSUES ORDERS ON REVISION OF IDA W.E.F 01-04-2019

DPE HAS ISSUED ORDERS FOR REVISION OF IDA @ 141.4% PAYABLE FROM 01-04-2019.

General Secretary meets Smt Anuradha Mitra, Member (F), DOT

 Today (4-4-19) , I met Smt. Anuradha Mitra , Member (F) along with Coms. Changappa CS and Ganeshan CT at BANGALORE in the office of CCA KTK.
 At the outset, I Congratulated her for having launched the SAMPNN successfully . While giving a good feedback from the Pensioners who are getting Pension directly from CCA including sending SMS etc. , we expressed still our concern about a) getting form 16 and b) givinglife certificate. Smt. Linda DDG Accts. explained regarding Digital Life Certificate and Form 16. Member (F) assured that required care will be taken so that no Pensioner will be put to any difficulty.

OTHER ISSUES DISCUSSED.
 1). Family Pension case of Smt. Manonmani, Thanjavur.She assured that action will be taken to settle it immediately.
 2) Arbitrary reduction of LPD of those in the scale of 2550-2750 by CCA TN. She told that a policy decision has to be taken.
 3). Grant of minimum Pension of 9000/- She told that for this also a policy decision has to be taken. We requested her to do what ever is required from her side.

 Finally I requested her to take initiative to solve our PENSION REVISION issue from 1-1-17. She told that this is in the domain of Member (S). When she was mentioning that DOP&PW hasn't taken any decision still , I explained the actual position and made over the copies of our letters to Secretary , Pension on 14-12-18, to JS , Pension on 12-2-19 and DOP&PW letter to DOT on 8-3-19. We made out a point that DOT Establishment section is not taking the required action.
In DOT, if anyone feels that the hike given to us at the time of absorption and according to 2nd PRC isto be adjusted in future revisions , we will not allow it. We should continue to draw higher Pension for all the times to come.

 At the end , we requested her to take the initiative as the CUSTODIAN of BSNL/MTNL Pensioners in DOT and sort out our PENSION REVISION issue at the earliest.

IDA increase of 2.6% from April 2019

 All India Consumer Price Index for Industrial Workers - AICPI (IW) FOR FEBRUARY 2019 remained stationary and stood at 307.
 Therefore We are entitled for 2.6 % IDA increase from 01-04-2019.
 Total IDA will be 141.4% with effect from 01-04-2019.
