Good afternoon. Based on the information gathered from Circle Office, there is a likely hood of Fund flow till June 2019 and thereby further medical payments will also be made. Hence, All District Secretaries are requested to verify with Accounts section that bills submitted by our comrades are passed by competent authority and kept ready for payment .
As and when Fund received, payment would be effected.
Regarding Medical allowance , Order available only for 1st and 2nd quarter of 2018-19 . Payment for these quarters are being made now only. If further fund received, Medical allowance payment has to be made for the remaining 2 quarters also. Even for that sanction has to be kept ready for payment at SSA level.
This information is applicable for STR and STP also.
